About Us

Helsinki Contract and Legal Services HSLP Ltd offers legal services to companies and other organizations. Our operations are build on agile and practical handling of assignments requiring legal expertise by providing the client with clear legal solutions based on their specific needs. 

Our goal is to ensure that even small businesses have the opportunity to utilize legal expert services, which is why we have set our hourly rates to be competitive.

Our company's operations are led by Mikko Näreaho, LL.M., who has extensive experience in tasks requiring legal expertise from both private and public sectors, e.g. law firms, listed companies and the municipal sector. Näreaho specializes in legal assignments related to data protection and has internationally recognized CIPP/E and CIPP/T certifications.

Examples of the services we offer can be found on the services pages. An assignment may include, for instance, drafting a contract, auditing data processing compliance with data protection regulations, or providing legal advice related to the use of artificial intelligence systems. 

The fee of the legal services is based on the time spent on the assignment. The hourly fee is typically 180 euros/hour (+VAT) depending on the complexity or urgency of the assignment and the amount of the related financial interest.
